We want a moment with you to share a brief overview of our results in 2011.

2011 was another rewarding year at KMRD!  Here are some examples:

We are now a nationally recognized leader in 2 key areas; Customer Service & Recruitment, and Training & Perpetuation.

For the 3rd year in row, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest growing privately-held companies in the United States.  THANK YOU to our loyal and well run clients.

We grew our top line revenue by another 6%.  We are proud of this result considering the impact of the shrinking economy and soft insurance market.

We maintained 100% of our clients served by our Warrington Location.  Our Limerick location continues to retain over 99% in an ultra competitive market.

The interest from potential new client partners is overwhelming.  We continue to carefully select clients whom share our philosophies and values and where we can maximize the positive impact of our support on the program for them.

Finalized a strategic acquisition in the fourth quarter adding another office in West Chester PA and a number of new niche insurance company partners. For more, click here.

Added 6 additional employees to assist in  executing our high level of service  standards for our clients.

Analyzed 1,563 policies bringing our database of coverage reviews to a total of 7,177.  This equates to over 900,000 individual coverage points!  We believe this database is the most complete database of coverage offerings in this industry. We put our intellectual property to use for our clients every day! 

Generated 55,010 documents within our document management system.  We now have a total of 292,940.  We are in the information business and our ability to accumulate and access intellectual capital in an organized fashion assists us in serving our clients better.

Upgraded our document management system including the addition of another server for more capacity and better speed.

Upgraded our Phone System - We were worried it would not go smoothly but it did!
