James Gow is the Vice President – Upper Middle Market, responsible for the Eastern United States for XL Insurance America, Inc. an XL Group Company. Mr. Gow is a 23 year veteran of the insurance industry,  has held executive level positions with several major carriers, with specific experience underwriting the public entity, transportation, and construction sectors.

Jonathan A. Cass is a partner at Cohen Seglias Pallas Greenhall & Furman PC, and chair of the firm’s Insurance Coverage and Risk Management Group. He counsels construction clients on a wide range of issues related to analyzing and managing insured and non-insured business risks, and litigating claims for coverage against insurance carriers. Jonathan also manages the Philadelphia office of the Firm’s Commercial Litigation Group, where he represents clients in a broad range of commercial disputes.

David Kane is a Vice President at the Shepherd Agency. The bonding agency solely represents over 200 construction companies with surety needs. A former banker, Dave transitioned his underwriting expertise to the surety industry. Dave is a past board member and frequent presenter for CFMA.

Ben Huggett is a shareholder at Littler Mendleson. Ben represents companies in litigation of matters arising under the OSHA and the Mine Safety and Health Act. He counsels clients in the development and implementation of safety and health policies throughout the US. Ben provides counseling on matters under the National Labor Relations Act. He has assisted management with union representation campaigns, collective bargaining strategy & negotiations and arbitration hearings.

Mario Vicari is a CPA and Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a Director in Kreischer Miller's Audit and Accounting group and has over 20 years of experience in providing accounting, auditing and advisory services to privately held businesses.  He oversees the Firm’s family business practice and construction and real estate practice.  Expertise includes strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, business valuation, financial management, performance assessment & improvement, and succession planning.
